COSMOS ALUMINIUM: Contribution in the University of Thessaly’s Erasmus+ Program Focused on Experiential Learning
COSMOS ALUMINIUM actively participated in an experiential learning journey, organized in collaboration with students and professors from eight universities across various countries. This trip, part of the Erasmus+ Program, provided a remarkable opportunity for the exchange of ideas, knowledge, and experiences among all participants, fostering cultural dialogue and mutual understanding.
Six undergraduate and master’s students from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, along with professors Jelena Anđelković Labrović and Ivana Kovačević, participated in „PHRONESIS: Empower HR: Develop and Enhance Employability Skills in Business Students”, held from May 12 to May 18, 2024, at the University of Thessaly in Larissa, Greece.
The program aimed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and the business environment through experiential learning. The students had the opportunity to tour the factory’s state-of-the-art facilities, observe the production process up close, and discuss the procedures and daily challenges with the company’s department managers. Additionally, the students gained practical experience and proposed improvements to existing processes, with the goal of strengthening the company’s corporate identity.
